This notice explains how your details are used when you order from Coppa Club Putney through this website. Who holds your details
Coppa Club Putney holds your details to take and fulfil your order. rowbo.dev provides the ordering system and processes your details for Coppa Club Putney under a written agreement, using a small number of service providers (for hosting, storage and email) who are bound by the same terms.
If you pay by card, your payment is handled by Coppa Club Putney's own payment provider (Stripe), under Coppa Club Putney's agreement with Stripe. rowbo.dev does not see or store your full card details.
What we hold
Your name and phone number, your email address, and, when you choose delivery, your delivery address. We also keep a record of the orders you place with Coppa Club Putney, so Coppa Club Putney can run its business and deal with any question about an order.
How long we keep it
rowbo.dev holds your personal details for 3 years after your last order and then deletes them, except for records Coppa Club Putney has to keep by law, such as the figures needed for tax and accounting.
How your phone and email are used
Your phone number is used to send you updates about your order, for example when Coppa Club Putney accepts it or cannot take it.
Coppa Club Putney only sends you offers or news by email if you ask for them by ticking the box at checkout. You can stop these at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email, with no need to sign in.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details held about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or to object to how they are used. You can also ask for a copy of the details you gave us.
